The Fit Moms Plan’s Bootcamps are varied, fun and with proven, fat burning workouts that WILL get you results!
- 40 minute FAT LOSS sessions in the park that are safe for moms
- Full body workout making use of the surroundings, your own body weight and functional training equipment such as resistance bands, cones, agility ladder, resistance loops and partner workouts.
- Workouts that will keep you burning calories ALL DAY!
- Variations will be given for your fitness level and to take account of diastasis recti, a weak pelvic floor or pregnancy
The exercises are designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina and endurance. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you’ll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you’ll meet great moms who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body and have FUN!
I am very happy for you to bring your babies with you. It’s great to have them joining in and seeing mommy lead an active healthy lifestyle. They can come in strollers or in a baby carrier. When it is warm they often love to sit on a picnic blanket and watch us workout while they play.

The 4 session bundle expires after 8 weeks. The 8 week bundle expires after 4 months and the 12 session bundle expires after 6 months. So if you miss an odd week due to kids, holiday or life you will not lose money. I know what busy mom life is like.
