A Fit Moms Monthly Member gets access to:
- My personalised workouts for the month. The workouts change EVERY month with completely different exercises, (not just the same exercises re-cycled) to keep you challenged and achieving results! All you need is some dumbbells and a mat. The workouts are 30 minutes long. You do 4 workouts a week plus 10 minutes of sprints.
- My personalised workout schedule for the month so that you know what to do when.
- Each month you can download a written plan for quick reference as well as having videos that demonstrate and explain the exercises in each workout

The moms on The Fit Moms Monthly Plan have seen their body fat go down, their strength and endurance go up, their muscle tone improve and they are feeling good about themselves! As well as the workouts the support the moms provide to each other is fantastic. If you get involved, follow my recommendations and do the exercises you WILL see RESULTS.
This Plan is suitable for breastfeeding moms. I recommend that you do not start this Plan until you are at least 4-6 months postpartum (depending on your fitness during pregnancy and any complications with your birth). I highly recommend that moms first complete The Fit New Moms Plan. This Plan is not suitable for moms with diastasis recti - you should first complete The Fit Moms Core Plan.
