Working with you on a 1:1 basis to provide individualised training and results!
As a personal trainer, pre and post natal trainer, sports nutritionist and mom of two I will design a individually tailored fitness plan exclusively for YOU. With 1:1 training we will work together to design a comprehensive plan that will implement and achieve your own personal goals whether they are fat loss, to be more toned, improve your cardiovascular health, improve muscle strength, train for a specific event or get that motivation to go to the gym and workout.
Working together on a 1:1 basis I will take the time to understand your challenges, create a fitness plan that fits into your life and provide continual support to help you stay motivated and on track.
The 1:1 training will be a combination of cardiovascular work, resistance (weight) training, functional training exercise using vipers, kettle bells, exercise balls, gym based boxing and core work depending upon what your goal is, how much time you have to commit to exercising, your current fitness levels and your access to equipment. (If you train with me in person in Berlin I provide all equipment needed.)
The sessions will be kept varied to make it fun, keep the body working hard and help you to keep achieving results. If you work hard so will I. Together you will reach your fitness and health goals and go beyond.

If you live in or around Berlin, German then I can meet with you and provide one-on-one training in and around the Berlin area.
My rates are:
€70 – per hour
€60 – per 45 minutes
€45 – per 30 minutes

I am also willing to train groups of up to 4. If you are group of 2 or more you must book 45 minute sessions.
FaceTime/Skype live time training:
- We “meet” via FaceTime or Skype at an agreed time for a 30 minute workout. This works best if you workout at home. I then can demonstrate the exercises and I watch you do them!
- Each session is €45 – contact me if you would like to discuss package deals.
Plan by plan training:
- I provide you with a weekly written plan for workouts only. The workouts can be done at home or at the gym (we will agree in advance each week whether you would like gym or home workouts). We can discuss any exercises you are not sure of by telephone or email.
- I charge €50 per weekly plan.
Individualised programmes – written specifically for you and your goals
- 4 x 30 minute workouts – personalised plans designed on your fitness goals. The workouts can be designed for the gym or for home or at the park (or a mixture of all three!) I chat with you before designing the programme about your current fitness, equipment knowledge, home equipment available and how realistic it is that you will get to the gym (as opposed to working out at home).
- You will receive a written plan and links to videos with explanations (as necessary) with how to complete the exercises. I can also have a FaceTime/Skype chat with you to go through the plan.
- I can tweak the programme to suit what you like or find too easy (not like a DVD you buy and then do not like!)
- Regular contact with me by email or Whatsapp to check how you are getting on, provide support and keep you motivated

A plan costs €110 (in Germany and London a market standard for one on one personal training in a gym is around €80 – 90 per HOUR so this is actually much cheaper than one on one training in the gym with all the benefits ). It generally takes about 1 -1.5 weeks to put together a programme for you after we have had a discussion about your current fitness and your goals.
I charge €60 per month thereafter to update the plan (i.e. give you further/new/modified workouts depending upon how you are getting on, and continue to provide you with regular support and assistance about exercise and nutrition throughout the month.)
For all training options you will be required to complete a PAR-Q questionnaire and my online client agreement.
